The Hydrologic Cycle refers to the process where rainfall drops to the surface of the earth, picks up gasses on the way that form mild acids, percolates through the soil layers dissolving minerals as it moves, comes to the surface via springs or simply drains through surface streams to the ocean, evaporates with heat from the sun, and precipitates all over again as rain to repeat the cycle.

Example items accomplished on each service call:
  1. Tour of all treated systems to inspect current condition and note any items that should be investigated during the service call.
  2. Chemical analysis on make-up water, boiler feedwater, boiler water, cooling tower water, chilled water, hot water, process water and wastewater.
  3. Inspect chemical feed and control equipment for proper operation. Make adjustments where needed and document all changes in the service call report.
  4. Inspect water testing area, reagents and water test logs for the period of the report. Note any discrepancies and document on the service call report.
  5. Inventory WATERCHEM products and water test reagents on hand and document on service call report.
  6. Conduct a review meeting with designated management personnel to go over the service call report and any recommendations made.
