			Water Treatment Program Services In general, a water treatment program consists of Waterchem treatment products that are applied by plant operators to a particular water system for scale and corrosion control and other needs. Selected engineering services are included from the above list based on the applicability to the particular system. Our role in the administration of a program is to train plant operators, develop a Waterchem Program Administration Notebook, and follow up regularly to see that the program is being carried out. Our basic water treatment service program includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all necessary start-up information to adjust treatment dosages, train operating personnel so they understand the program, provide written instruction for control of water treatment systems, and in general help initiate the program and document results. Schedule regular service visits, usually once per week during start-up, until good chemical balance and control has been achieved. Once start-up is complete, service visits are scheduled monthly or based on need. Emergency service visits will be made as deemed necessary by Waterchem or by customer operating personnel.
