Pure water does not conduct electricity. A salt must first be added to enable current flow through water.

Training Services

Waterchem training is done by all our field representatives, and by our Technical Director. One-on-one training is done on each service visit, and group training is done on specific subjects as part of the start-up of a Waterchem program. Regular training seminars are scheduled as part of a continuing Waterchem treatment program.

Training subjects include water testing instruction, details of the treatment program, how to interpret test results, how to make adjustments to chemical feed rates, and how the boiler and cooling process operates. Waterchem training seminars use a variety of media including slides, overheads, a video and an interactive CD-ROM.
